Accreditation & Affiliation

The regulation provides a framework for food and feed law in UK and EU and imposes both on the States and on food and feed business operators. It applies to all stages of production, processing and distribution of food and feed. The principal aim of the regulation is to protect public health and consumers’ interests in relation to food.

As an oranisation we run a full HACCP food safety system and have approval by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to operate as fully licensed premises. We are approved by the FSA for:

  1. Cold Storage and Distribution
  2. Poultry processing/cutting
  3. Food processing (marination)

We work closely with our suppliers and regularly visit them to ensure that all the islamic halal guidelines are followed and the product is guaranteed halal. We only believe hand slaughtering by the muslim people having the knowledge of islamic slaughtering law.
